About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape exceptional digital experiences that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive and user-centric. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring ideas to life, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Advocate for UX best practices and user-centered design across the organization.
Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in a design-related discipline is a plus but not required.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world projects with measurable outcomes and solid UX thinking.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design principles.
Experience designing for responsive web, mobile platforms (iOS/Android), and cross-platform interfaces.
Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and creating consistent UI patterns.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus (not mandatory but appreciated).
Experience conducting and applying insights from user research, surveys, A/B testing, and usability testing.
Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable design improvements.
